Refund policy
At Wizard Academy, we stand behind our gear. Literally. If the shirt doesn’t fit, the mug arrives broken, or the raven delivers the wrong parcel, we’ll make it right.
Returns (a.k.a. Undo Spells)

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to decide if your purchase is truly magical or just… meh.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, un-doodled, and still in one piece.

Things we can’t take back: gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance items. Once conjured, those are permanent.
Refunds (Turning Gold Back Into Gold)

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it faster than a wizard scans a spellbook.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (give or take a dragon nap).

Shipping costs are non-refundable — unless we botched the order, in which case we’ll gladly foot the bill.
Exchanges (Trade One Magical Object for Another)

Need a different size, color, or enchantment? Just contact us before sending it back, and we’ll let you know if the new item is in stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (When the Potion Goes Wrong)

If your order shows up cracked, cursed, or simply not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or fix the mistake quicker than you can say “alohomora.”
How to Begin the Ritual of Return

Ship the item back. Once it lands in our tower, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
